my cb400 has pods and small mufflers as well, I can start mine almost no problem and it idles great but it never wants to rev out properly unless i play with the throttle. Got that chugging sound haha. hopefully this will get me close. Im thinking about doing a two into one exhaust though...

Mount Sterling right now, about 35 miles east of lexington if you continue on I64. Most of my time is spent working at the yamaha shop in morehead, probably another 20 miles past Mount Sterling on I64. Its a pretty fun ride from Mount Sterling to Lexington if you take the back roads.
