I'm wondering who out there has done a drum to disk brake conversion, and how difficult or easy it is in general? Does it depend on the wheel type/size? Any hard and fast rules/techniques? Always looking to learn more 8)

My 1980 Yamaha XS 250, bought for $300 after sitting in a blokes shed for a few years. Was originally going to keep it stock but have decided to cafe racer it.
