Haven't been able to find the link on DTT, so i figured i would share. This past summer a lawn mower gang out of the Detroit area stumbled upon an old oval track. They cleaned the area up and rode the embankment with photos and videos to gloat. I have been discussing this track with friends...
IMO a small wire feed mig welder would be a great starter to learn. Try to find a cheap 110v welder off craigslist or local classifieds.
