    what the h?? Mikuni VM OEM mixed Needle valve size

    had a similar experience when looking for pilot jets for mikuni BS, It's possible they have mixed up the needles, since different models can have the same number but have vastly different sizes (but the same number). Didn't you get the seat for the needle valve as well?

    Seat mold with side panels, how would you do it?

    then maybe some thin metal sheet bent over the frame over the sides as base, then glue high density foam on top and sides and then shape it as you want it. When your pleased with the shape, tape it up (so the resin don't eat away the foam) and start adding FG
