    another CB360....

She needs a lot of work, but first on the list is the common issue of the top clamp cracking. I've read the cb400 and cm400 and cb350's top clamps also fit, but if I buy a second hand one are they likely to crack too? I have seen other members use a billet alloy top clamp, are there custom made...

    Honda mini tracker XL75

Thanks for the comments. Motor has been taken to the max...165cc, peformance head and clutch. After its run in I'm going to have it tuned and dyno'd, I'm hoping for around 22hp. Only thing left is a custom exhaust that I'm having made.

    Honda mini tracker XL75

Re: Honda "Babyccino" XL75 I ended up changing the style, I plan on going for a custom made exhaust to finish of the look. This project probably needs a name change and to be moved to the tracker builds now. My 156cc engine should be finished in the next 2 weeks so I'll update the pics then.

    Honda mini tracker XL75

Re: Honda "Babyccino" XL75 I was hoping to get a xr75 aloy swingarm but there was nothing around so I bought a G'craft +20cm swingarm for a honda monkey. It needs a 4mm spacer on each side of the pivot mounting points as the monkey's frame is 10mm wider. G'craft are custom mini bike parts...

    Honda mini tracker XL75

Re: Honda "Babyccino" XL75 I've started to reassemble the bike with the xr100 engine. This engine is stock and I have a second engine which is being built by a firepowerminis.com. It will be using a 59 stroker crank with a takegawa 58mm big bore piston/cylinder kit and peformance head. It will...

    Honda mini tracker XL75

Re: Honda "Babyccino" XL75 The original engine is 6v points and 75cc. i have decided to upgrade to a 1998 XR100 engine which gets me 12v and CDI along with heaps more options to give it more power. The frame was modified and I added a longer G'craft swing arm:

I bought this 1977 Honda XL75, its the enduro version of the xr75 and can be legally ridden on the road. Plan is to make it into a mini cafe racer. I have a set of 12" wheels, forks and tank off a honda ape so on they went. (The original wheels and forks need rebuilding, down the track...

    FT500 Street Trackerish thing

Re: Ascot Tracker I am a bit surprised these never caught on in the same way the yamaha sr500 has, I live in Australia and a decent sr500 will cost around $4000 while a ft500 can be bought for around $1000. There is a Jap company called "Move on garage" that's built a few up as street trackers...

What about a 30 cal ammo box? You can get them cheap off ebay: http://cgi.ebay.com/30-cal-Ammo-Cans-USGI-Military-Powder-Shell-Boxes-/170549249313?pt=Vintage_Hunting&hash=item27b5870521

    1973 Honda XL100

Here is a pic of the frame and wheels. Got to get some shorter rear shocks, not sure about the colour blue on the tank or the headlight or the seat for that matter! I think I'll raise the rear of the tank a bit too, just to level it off.
