I'm short on my school fees and so must let go of my bike.
It's a rare bike Honda came out with for only 2 years. It's a little sleeker than other Honda 360 models and has a factory 2 into 1 header. This bike I rebuilt with a mechanic in the Cafe Racer style as well as added some performance...
I have the ability to put together some skateboard decks with the DTT logo bottom board, perhaps racing strips as well on the grip-tape side. Price would be around $50-$55 per deck. Might even be an option for custom graphics for a little more money. So for example you could get a picture of...
I have an XS650 frame, tank and seat I am looking to sell for $80. The frame has no papers and no serial #. I bought it from fellow board member Loco Leon. A local mechanic told me it's possible to create a new serial or may be able to get a new serial as a custom frame. Frame is good, tank has...
I have a 1972 CB750 that I started rebuilding. Unfortunately I am unable to complete it this year and am considering selling the project if I can get a fair price for it. The bike has no exhaust or seat. Engine is out of the frame, bottom has been rebuilt, top end needs to be reassembled (I have...

Somehow didn't really notice when I primed my gas tank that the paint underneath was cracked. I applied my first layer of black and all of a sudden all these cracks appeared. My question is should I go and try and sand it out or will the cracks disappear after a few more layers of the paint?
Cheers
Hoping to get this bike done within the next couple of weeks. Here's where I started:
Proceeded to clean, sand and paint the frame and header/collector which were both in rough shape.
Gonna bake my high-temp painted header pipes and collector. Can I put them on the oven racks or will that leave marks? I can pull them out to bake the collector but the pipes need top rest on something.
Cheers
Considering that most metal polishes have a protective coating I am wondering if I should clear coat my exhaust pipes then polish or polish first. I'll be using high temp clear of course. I assume the clear needs to adhere to the metal. Will it adhere after polish?
