Hello all.
Been a while. Just when I think I'm back in the thick of things, life gets in the way. I'm sure you're all familiar with this. Well, if nothing else, we keep on trucking.
The bike I built is slowly coming back together. The bike is being modified for a return run back at Bonneville...
Well, here we go again. Almost five years ago I picked up a bagger down the lane from my grandmothers house. It had sat outside under a tarp for at least 5 or 6 years before, and was used on a farm as a run around bike prior. The engine was seized and beyond saving. $200 bucks and missing parts...
Hey gang. A local builder had his bike ripped last night. If any Alberta DTTers see this bike please drop me a line. Great bike, great guy. Built it himself.
1972 Honda CB750.
Thanks folks.
Trying my hand at a documentary. The trip was one to scratch off the bucket list. Highlight was definitely getting to briefly meet Hoofhearted. Going back next year with a more serious attitude towards getting to race. Bringing back the cafe bike race ready and three of us are looking for a...
So, I've dusted off the tools, started polishing the bike and making a few repairs to a bike that has sat in my shed for far too long. My Dad has come up with the idea of a few of us (eight in total) heading down to Speed week in August for the most part on bikes. I'll be bringing the Double...
If anyone wants a clubman bar message me. Free to ship in Canada, you pay the price to ship to the U.S.. I ended up with clipons so these are of no use to me. Chrome. New. Never mounted.
Peace
He's been spit polishing this bike for a year. He just got the seat back from the upholstery shop today. They did a sweet job.
Now.. If I could only talk him into turning it into a cafe.
Just a thought. I do a fair bit of freelance photography and editing as a hobby (when I'm not spending time/money on the cafe), so since I don't have much to offer from a technical or mechanical stand point, if anyone needs some editing or PS work of their ride I'd be willing to do it for free...
My Dad and I rebuilt a CB400T (79) year before last. I've decided (actually the bike decided for me when the shift fork became bent), to rebuild it ground up again. I'm thinking a bit more radical this time around though and was thinking of breaking away from the traditional "black frame-silver...
So wth? I'm riding over to my buddys shop and park it out front. Go in, shoot the sh*t for a bit, go out to my bike, fire it up, and the trans stuck in first. Cant even get it to neutral. Before I open this up, anyone got any bright ideas?
Hey there. Brief nod around the room. Cool site. Dealing with a stuck tranny at the moment on my CB400T. Otherwise its a great ride. Nice meeting everyone.
