I saw the new Norton yesterday. Very nice bike and a hefty price tag to go along with it ($28,000+). Kind of dissapointing to see that a bike of that caliber was already showing a bit of rust at the rear muffler bracket weld.
It's an XS1B. Haven't decided if I'm going to cafe it yet as it's mostly original. Upgraded to electronic rectifier/regulator unit and 75kv breakerless ignition from Mike's XS. It's a '75 motor, still haven't been able to unsieze the original one.

Replace that chain before it snaps off and hits you in the ass! Seriously though, I'd do it a.s.a.p., it's a cheap price to pay to save you from later potential headaches.
