That's the plan, I don't want to use this caliper for that reason. I am about to pick up a 750 caliper and bracket to work with the 750 rotor I have now this weekend. I'm pretty sure they bolt up the same way? That's extremely generous of you, haven't met someone willing to help out like that...

Thanks! I love the way it turned out, I think next iteration of the build will include an actual powder coat of the frame after I'm done what I have planned, and have the same or very similar paint done professionally.

Didn't take long to get the motor running like a champ again! Electrical is a little less frightening now. Here is a good few shots of how it'll look once "complete"

Well, after A giant learning curve I was able to trace back to a mechanical failure in my new starter switch (it wasn't making contact when pressed). I put the OEM back on and turn over it did. Wired the rectifier/regulator up along with the coils and related parts and it is back to life running...
