I have a gas tank that I've done an exceptional job spray painting. can regular autobody clear be applied right over it? i know auto paint wont stick to spray can primer, and legit primer wont go over spray can primer, but how about clear over spray can paint?

Anyone know where I can get spacer stock drilled metric? Everything at my disposal is too big or too large because it isn't metric. I just need the stock - I can cut it to size on the lathe. Google isnt being very helpful.

I just added up all the receipts for everything I've bought for my project. If you haven't done this before, I'd recommend NOT doing it. If you have done this before, how much of a slap in the face is it? My build was supposed to be a low dollar thing - I was intentionally buying damaged...

I'm thinking of starting my own cafe racer show in Boston in the spring. No entrance fee. a show for riders by riders. What sort of things do I need to take into consideration? I already have a venue in mind.
