I would very much enjoy seeing pictures of cafes done in black and gold. I'm thinking that's the direction my project will be going within the month or so and need some inspiration to confirm my feelings. I know there are a few on here - there was a "Bike of the Month" - a CB550 if memory serves - that I can't find.
 
^^^ the beauty you guys just shipped out isn't answer enough? that bike made me think twice about my white paint.

I'm torn between black and gold and purple and gold. I think I might have mentioned to you at the bike expo about how purple is my favorite color? I'm gettin close to having to make a final decision. black just seems so fiendish and I kinda like that about it. I also like how simple colors stand out to people who appreciate what they're looking at where louder colors seem to try and compensate for it, but I probably don't need to tell you that. the pearl was a nice touch on yours though - a nice and subtle

If you plan to ride in boston, go black and gold. Cant rock purple and gold in boston.

I told you this already. A lakers bike will get your tires slashed. Hell, i might have to on principle alone.

I almost forgot about that. I suppose that settles it then. people can still post pictures if they want, though.

HAHA agreed! black and gold is so boss. purple and gold? not so much. but i can see the appreciation there.
 
Hahaha I was thinking the same thing!!!! But with gold vinyl on black gas tank. Maybe I'll go with gray and gold...

I really hope nobody was taking me serious about claiming black and gold for myself.
 
go like flat black with gold leaf... i think the texture looks pretty awesome.
