    The pipe was mounted bad & welded even worse. Its a kerker? header that needs cut off & welded to a better pipe. I'm trying find stock headers for stacks & a special tank. I'd be willing to trade. I'm designing 9" hard struts on Auto CAD. Haven't put any money into it yet. Trying different...

    check it.. I bought this 78' xs1100, rode it home,(cold as S**t) & started choppin.. Herr it eizz... yo :o ugly. crusty before.. first, the sportster oil can covers, tried on my buddies nightster seat... cut exhaust, front fender delete.... recut exhaust & speedo delete..... More to come...

    Inspiration for if you change your mind about the hard tail. Mine is rebar welded to bolts. The front is slid down on the fork tubes to level it out. My xj700

    yeah, it flows well.. and is still padded quite well for a hard tail.. it still pops off with the lever also haha

    She is bad.. I had her sitting in my driveway just like in the pictures yesterday when some dude and his kid in a conv. Porsche stopped, pointed, and admired it for several min. It was interesting to see, being that there isn't much traffic on my road.

    I don't have a build from stock thread. I might be getting another bike to swap some parts over to, if this ones issues aren't fixable without a complete tear down.     The grips are from ebay. They are really cheap and come in a few different colors. I'm not sure on the brand. I got it off a guy who said it was Vance & Hines. It's been painted so I can't tell

    Yeah, they're not lined up. It could be slightly longer also. They are one off machined clip-ons.
