SonicJK most likely ment pull the fore and aft blade tensioners. Also unbolt the sprocket from cam and wrap chain around sprocket then reattach to cam.

Thank you, all. I do regret selling the 400f, but currently have dibs on another '75. And the yellow, this past summer rode a round trip of 300 miles. From Indy south to little nashville around some of my favorite roads near French Lick. Fun little scoot.

Tear down is always fun. Usually a laundy list of "I need to fix this and..." But stick with it. Looking forward to seeing your build as you go 360.

After several shake down runs and frequent tuning. This machine is a joy to ride. I'm still looking into getting Mikuni VM30 carb's in the near future. Framed smoothed of all tabs. Engine cleaned and painted. Tail section and tank finally get a color. Was a difficult decision.

The actuall rear fender of the 360 would not work the way I wanted it too. So I used the front fender of a CB750 for my rear inner fender. Engine tear down had started. The cam chain tension service bulletin was done and no failed tension bars were found in the sump or slinger. Thats a good start.

The tail section was formed and shaped.

Mock up begins. The brake light is actually an aircraft beacon used on small Cessna, Pipers and such. I wanted to incorporate my daily job of being an A&P Mechanic.
