We did end up putting solid struts on it buuuut sold it before we put a car tire on it. Still to this day it is the loudest and meanest sounding inline I've heard.

They are just cl360 high pipe with a 2 into 1 on them I made in the garage, they are also heat wrapped.

Also just picked up this xv920. Big plans for this one. I'll post a build thread on it. I'll need the help. This one is getting some boost.

love this build. ive been wanting to do this with the gs1100. but i think ints quik enough already(for now) keep up the awesome work.

what happened with this project. i just got a 550 today. only thing is mine was 250 and it was locked but but had a good title. pulled the head and the center piston had a small hole. now onto finding pistons for this beast.

well i sold the cl :( but i did pick up a 1972 suzuki gt550 triple :) and a 79 xs650. build thread to follow

The gulf is very nice but I do love two strokes. I second the t500 as well.

Looks great. I want to find myself a CB 350f or 400f. Love these little bikes. I'd leave the modern can. Just gut the internals and maybe mount it lower on the bike.I've got two r1 cans I'm gonna use one some future builds.
