How does it fix to the frame out of interest?

So, I took the top end to be looked at this afternoon and i'm going to have to rebore the barrels. I'm originally looking for a 0.5mm (61.5mm) oversize set of pistons & rings etc.. However the bore price will be same even if I go full wack to 65mm and those Wiseco kits are tempting but...
