Ok, I see that. How are you doing the seat? I bought 2" high density foam for mine and shaped it out (not finished). If you used foam that think it would cover the hole anyway and you could just have a small lip at the front to add rigidity kindof like this.

I had a hole in the bottom of my exhaust. I bought muffler weld from the local autozone. It is a goop that comes in a can that you spear over the hole. I haven't run it yet, but it dried really hard and looks like it will work.
Unfortunately, i do not own a set of r6 rear sets, i do however have a set of gsxr rear sets, but they are not perfect. One of the pegs has some rash. i can send you some pics of those, or we can talk cash.
