You must have a different front wheel...CB/CL 360's only came with 18 inch rims front and rear. The CL350 had a front 19 inch.
An 80 series 110 tire is worse. The wide tire with a shorter sidewall will be pinched in even more than a 110/90 tire. The tire wire deflect on the rim even more.
What size rim is actually on the front? (Not the 18 or 19, but the width? 1.60 was a stock width wheel on the front of both CB/cl350 and CB/CL360. Anything over 80MM is too wide....If you get a wider rim, then you can go wider....
I assume you are going wider for looks. Lok at any modern bike, the front is always narrower than the rear. Fat front tires handle less well than narrower tires.
I put 1.85" wide rims on the front of my CB360 but kept the stock 3.00 x 18. With the beads further apart, the sidewall is stiffer and improved the handling noticeably. The contact patch is closer to ideal also.
Choose what you want to do, I won't stop you, but I am always confused why degraded handling for looks is so popular. The wide tire on a narrow rim has more lateral spring, and contributes to high speed wobbles. Not a guarantee, but it is a shame when an otherwise nice looking bike is sliding down the road one way while the rider slides down the road in a different direction.
I've taken one spill on pavement, and care not to try it again.
