Hello

This is the bike I’m driving. I like it very much but not the fact that he's quite slow. So I was thinking of building a bigger engine under it. Would the engine of a honda cb 175 fit on my motorbike?

And if somebody is selling a nice honda cb 175 engine, let me know! ;)

c'mon.. be a man.. go for the 200cc engine.. its just the 175 bored out for performance.. then you'll have 18 thundering horses under ur sack.

that was actually my first reaction to this. i have a 175 frame. if you want ill do some measuring. just tell me where you want measured.

The 175 actually makes for power than the 200cc, 20HP vs 17. It even makes more power than the 250cc engine in the nighthawk, rebel ect.

The catch is that the CB175 grenades itself a bit quicker than the other engines.

That said, I'm not sure the engine will swap easily, I think the frames are different, not to mention your 6v electrics on the 125, the 175 is 12v... You may have better luck just trading bikes. 175s are cheap, I got mine for 400$.

Or how about a Chinese Honda copy engine? Such as the Lifan, which I THINK the 200cc version fits (carb intake and exhaust have to be modded). That would be pretty neat, and relatively cheap
