FS 1962 honda sport 50, I bought with original motor but mice were living inside bike and ate all the wires, so bought and mounted the lifan 125 cc motor, its also wired up. With that said......

It does run, but needs throttle cable. I used an old mini bike throttle and it broke. So you can hear it start, but u won't be able to ride it. It also has a long clutch cable that you'll see in pics, it works its just 5ft to long to get bike on the road you most likely will just need the throttle cable, you will also need to put in a 12v headlight bulb, and a 3 wire 12v tail light since this bike used to be just a 6 volt. Seat on bike isn't great, it's a good seat cover but don't think there is any padding. Gas tank has a leak at the back somewhere. I haven't pulled to find source of the leak. It's also not the original tank, this is I think a cl160 tank, its bare metal with a clear coat, and dents and dings to go with. Anyway I make it sound like it needs more then it does or worse than it is.
Bike includes everything in the pics including the original engine/exhaust. Which oe engine still turns over. I also have a tire that matches the rear tire to put in the front but its like a dirt bike style so may not want yo put it on. Email for questions.

Too good of a job to leave Columbus I've moved around a little too much in my childhood that I'm settled. You can still buy, just use your long weekend to come pick it up.

I figured I might as well say my bottom dollar is $650 for everything. $550 will get you the bike with the orignal engine only (no wiring to go with) (and I keep the lifan 125cc china one).

Do you have the original carb and mounting flange seperate, or is that what's on the bike currently? I'm building a bored-out 66 CA100 that I need a bigger carb for so I'd be willing to maybe buy some old parts if someone either doesn't (a) snatch the whole thing up or (b) want the old stuff.

I have to look, I know I had received a box of parts with the bike when I bought it. I actually believe I do have the original carb, or maybe two that came with this bike. I'll have to look when I get home tonight. I have to move this bike soon as I'm needing room for my VW project car.

If bike doesn't sell soon I have received more emails on just parts off the bike off craigslist, I don't want to part it out because of it's age but I may do it if I can't move it soon.

But what's on the bike is just what came with the Lifan engine I had, no oem honda carb on it now.

Thanks for the quick reply! If you'd take a gander at your parts box and maybe throw a pic up of the extra carbs you have I'd appreciate it. Since you're getting so many requests perhaps you can make a couple bucks for your project VW by throwing those old parts on eBay. Some my CA100 parts cost me a mint because bidding was fierce.

I just saw the signal lights on ebay for this thing listed for $299, I know that's a crazy buy it now price but I have one good signal I know in that parts box that maybe I can get a little money for.
