1971 CL450 New starter switch problems please help!

Hey how's it goin, I recently bought this starter switch from Dime City

I Hooked it all up as it should be (or so I think anyway) and everytime I turn the key to the "on" position the fuse blows. Any Idea what could be causing this?

Sounds like you may have mixed up a couple of wires and put a negative on a positive.

On a side note suggestion, while you're doing electrical work on your bike like that, it might help your frustrations a little by getting a mini-breaker. I've put that on some of my bikes and it helps when doing electrical work because you just click the breaker back in place if you trip it. They're a nice upgrade from fuses.
