Do they not make a proper expansion chamber for that kawasaki? Chambers are designed totally around a specific engine application, port timing etc. It's really not a generic thing. It'll probably run with that thing on it but performance may be worse than stock.
No really doubt they made any pipes for these small bikes, and out of all of the bikes Ives seen all have the stock muffler. I like loud and the bike runs good with no muffler, I just plan on testing different pipes and see what works best.
I've been having trouble with the charging, I start with a full 6 v and as it runs with the light on it will drain, the rectify seems to be working as true living is brighter as I rev it,but maybe it's a coil problem? Need help, anyone with similar problems?
I'm going to paint the tank and seat, but I'm looking at saving the Kawasaki and stripe decals it has, is masking tape my best bet or would it be better to have them reproduced?
