1972 CB350 Fork Tube Tube Question

Hey folks,

first post - go easy on me. I am currently working on my first build, a 1972 Honda CB350 twin. The fork tubes are heavily pitted and I would like to replace them. I have read several threads recommending Forking by Frank however - no one has gotten back to my voicemail or email. Is there anyone else building them?

Another question is - can I use fork tubes from a cb350 Four? What other fork tubes are the same size? - I see several companies selling them for a cb350(four)...

Cheers,

Alex

Not sure about the CB350T/CB350F compatibility but here's a list of fork tube diameters:

I'd also recommend checking with cmsnl.com and their parts diagrams to see if the CB350T has common fork parts with any other bikes. Good luck!

I do not know if a 350f stanchion will fit your 350t lower, if that's what you're after. It would depend on if it is the rubber gaiter or steel slider type. Check a parts fiche for your year and cross-check the part number!

Don't mix top-bolt and regular pinch-bolt trees and forks.

Post a picture of your current front end.
