I was unable to repair my current turn signal switch, and was instead able to destroy it further, lol. Now I know why I studied chemistry. Anyway, I am not sure if a CB350 switch will work, but I can use my current housing if I need to. If anyone has one lying around not being used let me know. I am in Hamilton, Ontario and this will be the final piece to get her saftied!!

Thanks for looking!

I should be able to help you out. I have one and its yours if you want it. Just pay for shipping from 26537. I have no clue how much shipping would cost but I can't imagine it could be very much. It is still attached so it may take me a couple of days before I can get to it. just Let me know

Troy, I really appreciate the offer. I spent the last day or so trying to figure out a way of repairing my mistake. I could not use up a working switch just because I am an idiot. I had to get this to work. I had broken the plate the wires were soldered into - at least on one side. It would work but the plate would move and it would be sporadic. After a day of not thinking about it at all, I determined I must be able to shim the thing so it would stay put. Off to Rona for some plastic shims...which they did not have...

Cedar shims it is. I spent about 20 min trying various methods, and woohoo!! It works. Apparently Jamming stuff inside the switch is good for it, lol. I would rather hand signal anyway, but it needs them to pass safety. Wish me luck!!

Hey Rubin it sounds like you have it worked out. If so there is a fellow DTTer needing controls and I'd like to send him mine. I'll wait to hear from you because you were first in line. I just want to make certain that you don't need them now.
Thanks, Troy
