1972 Honda CB175, needs TLC, but itstarts, runs, has a title... $600 firm

Selling this for a coworker. Comes with a title and keys. Turns over, but doesn't start and haven't investigated why. Available for pickup weekends in Milan MI

I have the airboxes/filters. The inside of the tank looks moderately clean. There does appear to be a bit of light surface rust at the very bottom, but the backbone area of the tank is very clean.

Upon initial inspection the bike needs:
-rear tire tube
-battery
-front brake cable is hanging, unsure of status on the brake
-a bath

A few more details... Now comes with a battery that is slightly tired. The chain is very loose. Still needs a rear tire/tube and front brake work

Headlight and taillight work, turn signals do not
