1973 CB 750K3 motor frame wheels

I have a 1973 Honda Cb 750K3 motor with oil tank no carbs, frame no forks or swingarm.both wheels with disc and brake hub asking $375

Is this a running engine? Have you tried running it or have a diagnosis for it?

This motor was a running motor then removed and stored for 25 years the bike had 11000 miles on it has good compression comes with the starter and charge. Coils call 519 865 9589
