1974 CB360 Top Bridge

Took my forks off to replace the seals and found that the top bridge/triple was cracked... seems like a common problem.

Anyone selling?

(I assume this cannot be repaired with welding)

Thanks,
Peter

How long can you wait?

I'm taking the triple tree off my 1975 CB360 probably sometime in May.

I'm also located in Toronto.

Thanks for checking. I found one on e-bay - on it's way.

thanks all for checking...

I'll post some picks when I get it cleaned up and installed.

Where do ride in the GTA? Still using the CB360?

The weather is finally great here, so I can't wait to get mine back on the road. I did a little spring maintenance on mine:
- Removed carbs - cleaned them up. Need to balance them once I get my port adapters from common-motor collective.
- Polished up the carb vacuum lids (mine are very pitted, still working on them) & polished up the float chamber.
- removed forks - putting new seals in them.
- stripped all the crappy clear coat off them and now sanding them to get back the clean brushed look. Debating if I polish then or not, right now thinking I don't polish them up.
- Will de-glaze the front disk brake and replace the pads.
- Replace top tripple tree - that I found was cracked (broken and held only by the fork bolt) - will strip and paint the replacement when it arrives.

Cheers
Peter
