Still have to make up all the required bearing spacers/compression tubes, drill the sprocket bolt heads for safety wire, and generally detail things. But... I'm pretty happy with how it's coming together.

That is pure gold, and about 1,000,000 times better than the rudimentary setup I have to mount a sprocket on my front-hub-doing-rear-hub duty.

Hah! Yeah, I'm never quite sure where the line is between too many and not enough when it comes to speed holes...

Call it weight reduction and your only limit is structural integrity.

Bloody awesome work.

Did you make your own or go with a kit such as Omar's?

Quick update... New tank and seat:

The tank strap needs refining, but it's coming together well enough.

It is obvious to me you are having fun with this project! Great workmanship, cool & interesting ideas, enjoy the ride.

I suppose this already came up and I missed it . What fairing is that ?
Here I thought I was being tricky adapting a KZ750 twin hub ...

I love it - That seat was inspired by an Elvis song maybe?

No story here... I just saw the blue suede remnant on eBay and thought, "What the hell, why not?".

The fairing is a much-chopped CR7501 from Airtech Streamling.

I'm impressed, widening a front hub for rear use and building your own cush drive is no small feat
Swing arm mod is great, coming from 4x4/automotive/boat fabrication gives a different perspective and shows 'us lot' some new ways of doing things.
Thanks for posting plenty of pictures 8)
I'm going to box inside of 360 swing arm now ;D
