1975 CB360T Mufflers or CL360 Exhaust

Mine are starting to get some real gnarly holes on the bottom. Anyone who can help me out I would appreciate it. Thanks! Would also love to convert to CL if possible so if someone's got CL360 exhaust holler at me as well!
