I just left it standard and it runs sweet as but I will be taking to a tuning man that I know to get him to check and see if any think needs changing.

It's looking really great! What exhaust is that? Love it.
The headlight looks just a tad high for the lines of the bike, but that's just my .02

It looks great to me! I'm new here and about to start my first build so I will be following along to see how it goes and see what cool ideas I can "borrow". I agree with kracken about the headlight, but that's just my opinion. It's looking good and I hope mine comes out as nice.

Cool lookin ride mate 8) these small beauties give ya such a grin factor ;D lets hope for some good riding weather this summer keep up the good work fella

Yer I was thinking the light was a little high. I got the exhaust of eBay. Thank you for your comments

I will do a build page start to finish when I get the time.

Nice job but where are the fenders and what's with that awful chopper style number plate mount? It really needs fenders and a fork brace and they are easy to add.

And I just happen to hate the side mount look. For me it's a cheap way out and the asymmetric look isn't pretty - at least to my eyes. But it ain't my bike and you are entitled to make it look the way you want it to look.

BTW, the pipe is very low - presumably designed that way to provide clearance to the sump. Pity it's not tucked up high and tight. I think that would have looked cleaner/sharper.

All in all a nice job and as with all projects, there is room for later upgrades/changes etc :)

Agreed, at the very least you will want a front fork brace and something to prevent anything from getting thrown up under your seat pan or into your pods. I've seen some people weld or attach something to the back part of the frame instead of a rear fender, which I think looks pretty clean. (I'll try and find a pic and post it if I can)

I have the chopper style number plate on mine too for now. Still trying to figure something else out with a new brat style seat going on my cafe hopefully soon.

You don't happen to have a link for the exhaust. I did a search with no luck. I have a mac 4-to-1 on my GS now, but am looking for something a little more racey.

There are always things to update, upgrade, etc. Its never ending haha

Looking forward to the build thread
