My buddy, Tonuptom, picked up a 74 a few years back w/ 3250 original miles on it. Had been in a storage unit in Illinois since 82(assuming because of the tag). He bought it from a guy that won it in a storage auction. Paid $400 for it, took it home, cleaned the carbs, cleaned the electrical system, fresh gas, and a jump start. Fired right up. We ended up doing a 76 cb400 supers port tank and seat, clubmans, exhaust, and paint. It was a beautiful bike, and one of my favorites I've ever worked on.
