1976 cb 750 rear tire question

Im a little new to the building bike movement. I need a new rear tire in a bad way but I don't want to replace it with the old 40 year old rear tire. What other tire options do I have for it. these is whats on it now....... 4.5 H 17A K112. I want to stick something on there a little more modern. Any ideas, thoughts are appreciated!!

What you need to be looking for is something like a 120/90-17 or 130/80-17 tire. Not many tire manufacturers use "inch" sizes anymore, its all metric. Hope this helps
