1978 cb400 frame with title and rear kickstand

I have a 1978 cb400 frame with a clear title and I will keep the rear kickstand on it. It has the serial number stamped, and all markings are on it as should be. It is the original black frame. I am located in northern DE about 1/2 an hr from Philly. I would like to get $200.
