Used for casual track days and does have an ownership. Needs new handlebars, Very slight oil leak at head gasket - if I didn't tell you about it it would be unnoticeable . So that is the negative part, if you're still reading this then we will get on to the good parts..

New tubes and tires both ends
Brakes new both ends
Braided lines both ends
New rear master cylinder
Bronze bushings in swing arm new
Roller bearings in steering neck new
Fork seals changed
Progressive rear shocks
New clutch plates
New clutch cable

Edited - ownership obtained, includes spare engine that I tripped over last night
