Wiring Finished!

So... rookie discovery: I can change each topic name in my replies.. haha :p
So, as the title suggests: I finished the wiring! I greased up the new bearings and put the Triple trees on, so I figured why not put on the controls and get everything wired up! So, after not too much time figuring out what went where (thanks to my handy wiring diagram! ;D) and crimping and splicing what needed to be... It is all done! All the wiring is tucked inside the headlight, the battery box is built and ready for paint, and upon a test run, the headlight and speedometer light work! :D
So, i bought my LED idiot lights and taillight today, should be here by the end of the week or so. Also, bought the new front brake light switch and front fender. Sent the wheels off to get sandblasted yesterday, and I will be doing the rims and spokes in flat black, with the hubs being raw with a clear coat over them.
Also ordered my big bore head gasket yesterday from cometic, and it should be in the mail by friday. Once that gets here, I can put the engine all the way back together, make sure the timing is good, and try to fire her up! ;D
As far as exhaust, I am looking at getting the front tip of my stock pipe attached to my CL100 pipe, so that it will fit. Anyone who tries to use the CL100 pipe on a two piece head CB125 beware: it is a couple mm too narrow and will not stay in place. Luckily, the first 6 inches or so of the pipes are exactly the same as far as the turn radius, so it shouldn't be too hard to piece them together. From there, I will be doing some kind of short muffler and header wrap ;)
Carburetor update: since I am running the K&N, and a custom exhaust I figure I should tune my carb with jets. Well, more of I have to. I am thinking about just contacting Sigma6 and seeing what they can do for me, considering I have a pretty custom setup: big bore, mikuni carb, free flowing exhaust, and a K&N pod. We will see how it goes!
The end is approaching!!! (Or at least it feels like it is!)

Update

So, it's been a while. I have been in Hawaii for a few weeks, and thinking about my bike the whole time... Anyways! I ordered a 6Sigma jet kit, fork gaiters, fork seals, clutch cable, and got word that my tank, fender and headlight bucket are finished. Can't wait to get home and get to work in a couple days!
I have been looking to find out what fork oil to put in my cm200 front end, and haven't gotten much. I read in the 125 manual to use 10W-30, which is motor oil spec.? I found some 10W fork oil on J&P Cycles, so I'm thinking about just using that. Help? :p
Will post some pictures when I get home and do work.

Working...

Spent a good amount of time trying to start her, but nothing. Upon testing, I am not getting any spark, but definitely am getting compression and fuel. AS far as the ignition goes, the wires in my harness look good, the battery is working (it turns all the lights on and such), all grounds are... grounded. New condenser, plug, plug wire, new ignition switch, hell I even cleaned the start/stop button. Points are correctly gaped (.356mm, in the middle of factory spec), and surfaced cleaned. So, it all comes down to my coil. I bought it off of eBay, and it was claimed to be off a running bike. But, who knows. It looks like this is the last link in the system, and one that if not working could definitely keep it from sparking. I can't find any new ones in the country, and the ones from indonesia are supposed to be here between september 16th and october 2nd, not an option seeing as I leave for college on the 14th. I did, however, find a new cb100 coil. It appears to be identical (blue and black wires coming off of it, same size and mounting, etc). Anyone know if this will work?? I mean the CB100 and CB125 have the same effin shop manual, so i don't see why it wouldn't work... Im getting close! Except I managed to lose a petcock, and gas cap. This is what happens when you share a work space with someone...

Did you check the timing? Is 6v going to coil? Is the blue wire grounding correctly as the points switch? If you need a stock 6v coil, I got one. PM me.

Grounds...very important. Just grounding to the powdercoated frame is not good enough, gotta sand/file/grind down to bare metal for a good connection.

Totally forgot to post an update.. but she is running! I sanded down some powdercoat to get a good frame ground, and resolved some wiring issues in the headlight bucket. She runs a bit rough, and the transmission doesn't seem to want to shift...
I ended up dropping it off at a friend's house who has a shop while I'm off at college. I'll see her again this winter.!
