I like where you're going with this build. This is your bike so don't let everyone influence you too much lol. With that said, I like the headlight mount but I agree that it could be shortened so the headlight is closer to the frame. I also think you'd be more comfortable with mid or forward mounted controls.

Yeah, I'm thinking the mid or forward controls would be the most comfortable. I'm really liking it.

Maybe I'll show this build to my dad so he gets pulled into building another bike.
