1981 cb750 whole or parts

Hey guys,
I've got an 81cb750 that i bought to use for some parts but my cafe project took a different turn and now the bike has been sitting in my shed for 3 months. The bike is pretty much whole minus a few odds and ends. I do have the carbs for it they just are not shown in the pictures. I'm willing to sell it whole or any parts off it someone may need. Just let me know. Thanks!

2 questions: does it have a title and where are you located?

I am located in Syracuse,ny. And it doesn't have a title. The previous owner said he had it but never was able to find it when i picked it up. It wasn't a big deal to me as I was going to use the bike as parts.

How much would you take for the turn signals?,
Front brakes from calipers to master cylinder?
Rear brakes from caliper to master cylinder?
