ok so..... i have been dicking around with this cb350 and couldn't get it running right and yesterday i realized that somehow both of the air mixture screws have their tips brokes off inside the air mixture shaft. :( <--- (ya super sad face).... the tips are stuck inside and i cant get them out they are not allowing any air to pass through.

i have tried poking them with all kinds of tiny crap, spraying carb cleaner in inside, and blowing air into them.. and nothing. this is really frustrating.

ALSO////////

the float bowl gaskets that came with my k0/69-73 Rebuild kits are bigger than the crevis for them on the float bowls. is there some trick to getting them to shrink or something. i ordered them from dime city and my bike is what these are listed for http://www.dimecitycycles.com/vintage-cafe-racer-caferacer-bobber-brat-chopper-custom-motorcycle-carburetor-parts-honda-cb350-carburetor-rebuild-kit-18-2416.html

Yep, that's how they come. The only tips I have are an ample amount of profanity mixed with a few tools launched across the garage in pure rage followed by a couple stiff drinks after you finally get them together.

Or buy these:

Know what I use to hold them in? CLEAN axle grease. Just a little in the corners will hold them in, the gas will dissolve any that gets in the bowl. Worked well when I was rejetting my carbs.

Other guys use rubber cement too.

Try these.

They are a TAB small, but they are good quality and are cheap.
