I've scouted out a few places in the Junction, which would be a good ending or starting spot for a run through Dr J's Swansea curb-hoppin route.
The Troubadour looks particularly interesting. Nice cozy little bar with an upright piano in the front and a patio out back. Full kitchen too and good reviews. Going to pop in tomorrow and scope the menu. Online reviews suggest they have a comfort food Monday with meatloaf, mac & cheese, mashed potatoes etc...
We could start down at Stadium as per usual, blast up across Lakeshore and through the Swansea twisties, land at the Troubadour for pints/food (microbrews too aparantly) and then we could hit Tom's or try out the other ice cream joint that Jacqueline pointed out:
I'm in. If the temp is cold we can go to Mars Diner on Yonge/Eglinton for milk shake instead of Tom's.
Kristin will be doing riding test. Wish her luck
I know exactly what that dude riding the bike is thinking. Ok, you're making me look like an idiot, so here comes a puddle - keep those legs out for maximum impact! Mary F'n Poppins.
Yah, I'll come out. Probably won't make it for 7:30 meet-up so will call someone to see where you at.
Tim, can you please bring my two patchez? thanks! I'm just not cool enough without them.
