What? you know the rule.. I never go past 30 min walking distance from the shop.. so that when the bike breaks down, I can walk back...

Re: ***2009 - THURSDAY HANG *** Be It Wrenching in the Garage or Hanging at TIMS

I'm planning to go to Haugen's so maybe I'll catch up with you after Ellen's.

Been a while, and I'm leaving town for a month, so I thought I might pop out tonight. But I won't be free until later... maybe I'll catch you on your way back into the city from the ride.

Speaking of which... Sideroad 4 off Appleby line is residential. a few quiet little houses in there, and the road is twisty, narrow, and slow, and it will be pretty dark when you hit it (no streetlights). Going through there in the daytime its 20-30kph... so take it easy, and try not to piss off the neighbours. There is plenty of gravel in the turns too. Last year they were doing construction on appleby just south of 2nd sideroad - bridge repair. haven't been there since so don't know if it's reopened yet, but it should be. Just an FYI.
