3 bikes for sale.

I've decided to list my 3 bikes for sale. I've been having severe health problems and I doubt I'll be riding anytime soon. If it turns out I can ride after selling the bikes, I can always pick up a running rat bike. Here they are:

11972 Honda CL450 99% original. Is anything 100% original? I have an intact 72Cl450 that I will sell. I have 2 seats, one of which reads Honda on the back end. The other seat looks intact but the logo is missing. The headlight bucket and left hand mirror/clutch mount are cracked. I have both stock pieces to replace them. I've not had it running. Kick starter seems to work just fine. I will get a battery and new gas and see if it runs, farts, or blows up. This will be a couple of weeks before I can get to the bike. I have some health problems to take care of before taking care of the bike.

Being as Spring is 2 days away, I figured I should list the bike and see the response. I'm asking $750 plus shipping as it sits and $1000 if it runs. You can leave message here or my regular email at redbiker_co@yahoo.com.

1981 Honda CX500C. I bought this last summer and it ran great. I've not had it started this spring yet. Black, all original as far as I know. I cut seat foam and put in a gel seat pad this fall. $1200.

1990 Suzuki VX800. The V-twin, liquid cooled, shaft drive bike BMW should have made. Limited run bike. Only sold in USA from 1990-1993. It uses the 800CC Suzuki Intruder drive train in a sport touring frame designed just for the VX. The bike has been sitting for several years and isn't running at this time. The tank is toast from all the rust inside it. I've tried several chemical methods of removing the rust with no success. I"m sure the running problem is from the gas tank and downhill from the rusted tank. I am mechanically handicapped/disabled and won't attempt anything close to pulling carbs for cleaning.
This is a great fixer upper and I hate to sell it. Anyway, I'm asking $1000 plus shipping.

Thanks and ride safe.

Please send me a picture of the cl450 I am very interested.

Thanks,

Chris

I'll send a pic as soon as I can. I think I have some on my wife's notebook. It'll be the weekend before I can get to it. Otherwise, it'll be a couple of weeks until I get out of this physical rehab facility. 3 months in hospitals and I get to learn how to walk again. Walking first, then riding some day.

Hang in there, you are the first inquiry on the CL450.
