350-750 disc brakes- please help

Ok so I took peoples upgrade advice and bought some 1978 cb 750 forks for my 1970 cb 350. Now I have to find front disc brakes for it and it seems like hell! There are different model years out there. Can't seem to find a 1978 front caliper that I'm not going to get raped on. Are there different years that I can use instead of '78? Anyone have any good sites on who sells 750 brakes including stainless braided lines, etc?

What made you pick that year?

A 73 CB350 has disk Brakes. The 74-76 CB360 forks with disk brakes would fit too.

Did the 78 model you have the fork for have dual disk? Do you have the brackets and stuff, or do you need the whole thing, brackets, master cylinder, calipers, disks.

Are you going to use a 750 Wheel and hub, or at least hub?
