I apologize in advance for the same post in my build thread, but I am hoping it will be seen by more people here and that you all can help with an answer.

I was putting together my kick starter last night, and this little piece was in the ziplock with the otherp pieces for the kick starter. Looking at the fische, I am almost certain it doesn't go with the kick start. However, I can't seem to identify it on any other fische. The bike in question is a 75 CL360.

There are no threads and it has a hollow center.

My best guess is the bushing that holds the footpeg and the return spring. The spring is over the shiny portion, the rest is in the footpeg. A dowel with a cotter pin goes thru and holds it to the footpeg bracket.

Now that I can concur with turtle, had a look at my collection of pegs and sure enough there it is.

Thanks guys. I put my foot pegs together almost a year ago and knew I was missing something. Maybe I'll tackle that little project while paint dries today.
