$120 for both wheels and tires. Rims are pretty nice, spokes are so so, and tires are great. If you want to pay the shipping, I'll box them up. It'll be costly though. I don't know about the axles.

$250 for the tank and side covers. All are nice. I have photos if you're interested. I was going to put them on ebay today but ran out of time.

Airbox for $45 shipped.

I unwrapped the exhaust and the header has some discoloration(blue). There is also some surface rust. I cleaned a bit of it off and it looks pretty good. I haven't totally cleaned it up yet. The muffler is a cheap aftermarket unit with no baffle. $100 plus shipping on the exhaust. Collars and clamps included.
