it will be held at Rocester FC ST14 5JX.
for anyone who wants to jet in from else where, the nearest airport is East Midlands, Donnington, (see 1. below)

1. THIRD party driver will be organised to perform airport runs. (he says as long as I keep mentioning he's an IAMS instructor and get some free advertising for them, he'll do it for diesel cost only ) SO I NEED TO KNOW NUMBERS EARLY
2. DJ (mainly rock but other music could be sorted) (may have a band on friday night if I find one)

3. 2 nights camping, beer/food (buy your own), showers toilets etc

My aim is to keep costs as low as possible, at the moment it's £8 each but trying to get it lower.
