picked this thing up a few weeks ago and have been putting off posting anything about it till i decided what i actually wanted to do to it. I am going o build it as a 200 vintage class racer, but am gonna do a little creative lighting for some use up in the GA mountains.. so far i have the seat (one of my own tail sections), front full faring, aluminum rims, cb350 hubset, new spokes, all the exhaust tubing (and one silencer buit) , and an idea for a tank.. this should be a pretty quick build (hopefully)..

Is that stainless pipe? What kind of welder are you using? Can you weld stainless to steel? I have to do something similar for my project but it will be a high pipe. The header section is steel and the rest is stainless.

it is all steel for the most part that is being tig welded.. you can weld the stainless to regular steel

One of the headers is finally underneath the bike, and i built a bunch of the left cylinder header tonight, I knew it was going to be a pain in the ass to snake these in between frame and engine for a two into one. this exhaust is also going to have to be about 3-4 spring mounted pieces that fit together, which should be cool in the end but a ton of time to build, have about 3.5 hours in it right now and i bet i will out another 4 into it..

the actual exhaust tubing is 18 and 20 gauge so it is relativity light. i had to use some thicker tubing for the fittings where it is spring mounted because i am cheap and I happened to have some tubing with the right inner diameter to fit over the actual exhaust tubing.

built most of the tank today using a stock cb350 tank i had hanging aroung
