70 cb350 Vs 74 cl360

Guys I posted up a question in the 1800 section but I need advise fast. I am in the middle of my 74 cl 360 cafe project. Today I found a 70 cb350 all original with 4000 miles on her. I can pick up the bike for $450 and will have to start over but I know the cb 350 is a strong base. Whats your thoughts? Also can the cl 360 bits trasfer to the cb? Meaning triples, forks,wheels,tank,etc? Please chime in brothers! Need info fast.

Wait for 360 owner to chime in, but I'm pretty sure the whole front end will swap easily. The back tire might need different spacers or something if at all. Chances of the tank bolting right up is slim- most likely the rear mount in the frame will need modded.
