71 Triumph T100c

Dont be its not as roomy as it looks in the photos i only have about 500mm to work round the bike and thats only the sides !!!! less at the ends !!
I partioned it off this year so all the messy jobs like polishing dosnt cover the bikes in dust and stuff, if you look at the photos of my cafe racer build it had more room but was a moo to heat and keep clean.
You;ll soon have your shed up wont you ?

Aaaah I hear ya'! I'm not keen on cramped spaces either. These days I do most things on the 450 while it's stuck between the Peugeot and garage door, less than 500mm's either side! Made it interesting when swapping the main jets and installing the new breather catch tank I can tell ya'...

I'm probably still a couple of months away with the shed but when it's done most of my "wrenching" will still be at the work bench, but yeah I'll have a much roomier area to things like assembly as well as a place I can safely blast and spray and all that stuff.

Hahaha mate I've managed to do three consecutive nights of needle shimming in that space this week... it's cramped but just enough room to be workable.

So another day spent with the bike and iv finished (Well with spanners at this point in time , well for now or untill it tells me i havent !!!)
Man its been weeks trying to get this front wheel in and set !!!
Todays problem was i struggled to get the front brake to work as it should !
I could;nt get the 6.5" between the holes iv checked the shoes,cam;s W.T !!
So phoned Rob at T8 triumph and he had a tie bar for an 8" drum (mines a 7") Has any one els had is problem??
Any way its done the job but as Rob said "keep an eye on it""

Once again a BIG thanks to Rob at T8 ,As Arni said "I;ll be back" and no doubt i will Rob.

Great stuff Jeff! I'm lovin' it!

Is that bash plate a stock item?

I'd love to make one for my scrambler still but I haven't figured out a good mounting method yet and I'd need to have plenty of holes for air flow too.

Perhaps the PO had the wrong tie bar on there? That looks like a PITA to get adjusted right!

Thanks Pete, Ya the bash plate is a stock item,
Hope to take it out baybe next friday !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
