Just catching this thread now, WOW!! Looks great. You have a real vision and you started with one of my fave Hondas, The 450 motor is the prettiest Honda motor for sure.
Mad skills you have man, I wish I had the skills to make everything I can think of.
ok, the end of the mock up stage is almost in site. i need to purchase a few randoms. and fab a handful more parts. then its time to strip, powder, paint, patina, nickel, brush, assemble and wire... i finally finished designing my wiring setup and gave in to a .9 lb battery only because im gonna be running an electric ignition and i dont want hard starting issues.
i didnt really stop working long enough to take pics. i'll take some good one this weekend.
Whats going on with this thing? Your build has really relit my fire. Between work, school, kids, and trying to skate when I can. I love to get out in the garage and do some work. Get some more pics out there for some more inspiration.
i helped my lil brother make a baby fender and seat pan last month when i went home for a week. he slicked the fender out and i took the seat pan back with me. i sat down on the sewing machine last week and finally finished his seat. it turned out ok... last nite he texted me some pics, his chop is turning out pretty rad!
