First off I would like to introduce myself. My name is Rex I am from Enid, Oklahoma.
I bought this beauty from my inlaws neighbor for $400 bucks! It would barely run(sat outside for years) so I found water in the carbs. So I just decided to completely tear down the bike and start from the ground up. I have been very slow on building it! But getting on here and looking at everyones builds has revamped my eagerness to work on the bike lol. so the updates will either be days apart or months depending on my schedule haha.
Welcome aboard mate great little project bikes these make a cool caferacer 8) lot of parts floating around to keep it runnin sweet look forward to ya build thread
Congrats Rex! These are great little bikes. Keep your eyes peeled for a 400F motor, they bolt right in. Instead of doing a 350 big bore, the engine swap will give you a six speed trans as an added bonus. But no matter what, just have fun!
