my woman was bitching about not being able to ride with me, so I decided she could help me sew up my seat.

with the new seat I had to fab a new fender, this one is a 450 front..

still need to extend that sissy bar and make it my fender struts.

you can see my nice new biltwell gum grips.. they feel nicee.

got some betty photos of the seat.

I also added a turn signal switch on the down tube of the handbars put the grips on..

for it being my first seat.. I don't think it's terrible, but it could be tighter... I've got 10 bucks invested in it so changing it would not be a huge pain in my ass or wallet..

It has come to my attention that the carb may not be able to be jetted low enough to run on a 350 (it's a high performance mikuni for a 1200 harley) so I'm looking into other options.

I really need to get a welder.

I'm working on fixing up my cb360 so I can sell it and thus focus on this beast.. More updates hopefully soon.

A lil fyi......that intake carb setup is gonna be starving your motor for fuel at higher rpms(too long and going up). I've built alot of 350 motors for street and track........best option would be to go back to the stock intakes.

Yeah, the carb is way too big too, I threw the stock carbs back on, hopefully I can get it running this weekend..

maybe my vertical frame support was moved on this frame but I can't get the choke linkage to fit and work.. any suggestions?

thanks greg.. you wouldn't happen to have the stock footpegs/bar for a 350 would ya?

i know you cafe guys like your rear sets which leads to a pile of stock footpegs.

let me know.. thanks.

So checked the compression when I spent weeks kicking at this thing.. 25 x 90, fucked, bought new cylinder head, piston, rings, put it all together, more issues.. tight valve clearance.

spider and I think we may have flipped the camshaft when re-installing, or i guess it could be the points advancer lobe..

more updates hopefully soon, school semester and jobs and girlfriend are biting at the heels and i'm choppin at the bit to get this chop done.. ftw. gsgp.

next post should have a video of her runnin'.

twisty.

good thing you've got a reliable backup bike ba der her.

still regretting that sale.

that is one dirty sister.

pusher betty is also in pieces getting ready for a sleek new look... my knees ain't feelin' no breeze.. so bummed it hurts.

Here's a photo to keep you from thinking I forgot about it.
still working on the sissy bar/tail section.. not sure if this is going to be the final paint yet either..

this bike is top notch dude, stance is perfect.

paint definately wont suit this one!

looking forward to some riding pics.

btw this has given me naughty ideas for my 550

thanks man, I'm probably going to just do some lettering over the scummy tank and rusty electronic box.. swearing is crucial..

I lost an header on my shakedown, found the pipe, didn't find the shims, got some comin in the mail..

hopefully I'll have a nice set of finished photos next week or the week after.
